Our Services
ETL provides advice and guidance in relation to job search, CV writing, interview skills to its clients. For the same within our city centre offices, we have our resource centre which is comprehensively equipped with up to date IT equipment, industry literature and job search, CV writing and interview skills books.
The clients can get free access to telephones, fax, computers and the internet.
We maintain up to date information on a huge range employment opportunities, training and further education courses.
Client Support Officers are available to spend time with you individually in order to understand what you want to achieve, what actions you need to take in order to get to your goal and how we can support and assist you.
A Client Support Officer can also visit you at your place of work, at home or another location by prior appointment.
We have the following projects running at the moment from which a range of clients can benefit.
Measure 15: This is an ESF funded project and targets males of age 16+ to seek advice and support on getting jobs and trainings in South Yorkshire. Jobnet@southeastsheffield: This contract is funded through the Centre for Full Employment (cffe) which commenced on the 14th August 2006 and concentrates on targeting geographical areas of the city, in particular South East Sheffield. The project aims to provide access to employment opportunities and developing key skills to equip clients to enter the labour market. For eligibility criteria click here.
Women 4 Women (w4w) project: Women 4 Women project aims to help provide business advice and support so that women can get into self employment. w4w project is funded by EMDA and ESF and targets women from east midlands. The eligibility for the same is that you need to be in an objective 2 area or wanting to set up a business in the objective 2 areas. Worksop training centre: ETL also has a training centre which provides training in HGV/LGV and Fork lift Truck. The training takes place at the training centre in worksop. For more information contact worksop at 01909477723 or 0845 094 3261.
CRT project: This project aims to support people from coal field regions, esp. Doncaster and get them into jobs/employment. For more details call 01142787722
