On the job, you’ll work as an employee, alongside experienced staff members. Off the job, you’ll learn with ETL thought a combination of learning methods that may include; day release at our Learning Centre and assessments in your workplace
Each Apprenticeship involves a structured programme of training leading to a recognised qualification, and they are available at different levels, letting you choose the speed you wish to learn.
An apprenticeship is a nationally recognised training programme, with an excellent combination of gaining a qualification and real work. As an employee, you can earn as you learn and gain knowledge and practical skills from the workplace.
he Apprenticeship is available to anyone from the age of 16, subject to minimum entry requirements, and is available at both level 2 and 3 (Level 2 is equivalent to 5 or 6 GCSEs, grades A* to C and Level 3 is equivalent to 3 A levels).
The benefits to the employer are:
Free recruitment from ETL (no charges will be incurred)
An apprentice can be paid a minimum of £2.50 per hour
An apprentice can work 5 out 7 days for up to 40 hours per week based around the company requirements.
