To apply for a visa at the British high commission you are required to obtain CAS for which you will be required to pay a minimum deposit of 50% of the tuition fees • the balance of the first year course fee must be paid before travel to UK. The ETL reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship if the student fails to make fee payment. • If a student make a requests to cancel for whatever reason, the following conditions will apply: - where a student has obtained a student visa on behalf of ETL and then after student changes his/her mind not to follow the course at ETL there will be no refund whatsoever. - Transfer of fees to another student will be solely at the discretion of the directors. An application fee of £400.00 will apply on transferring the fees. • In case of visa rejection the original embassy letter of refusal must be sent to the ETL to apply for the refund. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing visa refunds. An amount of £400 will be deducted toward admin charges upon submission of original visa refund notice. • In case of severe illness refund will be granted upon production of a valid doctor’s certificate. •In exceptional personal circumstances refund will be granted only at the discretion of the ETL principal. • No refund will be made if the visa is refused on submission of false/forged documents. • No refund of fee will be made once the visa is granted and student intends to withdraw from course. • No refund of fee will be made if student withdraws from the course after commencement of his course. • No refund of fee will be made if student switches his/her course after 21 days of joining.
