ETL has a long and proven track record of working closely with employers. From our inception, we have worked with local businesses to ensure that the training we offer matches the needs of business, both now and for the future.

We pride ourselves on our outstanding work with owners of local businesses, developing new skills and increasing profitability. We also make vital training available to large companies for their staff, whether within ETL premises or in the workplace. We ensure that we tailor this training to suit business needs, developing new qualifications and bespoke programmes delivered to industry standards. All this has helped us to achieve many contracts and ongoing work.

We are recognised for our outstanding delivery of programmes for employers. We are one of the largest providers of Train to Gain in logistics providers in the region and are now delivering training throughout East Midlands and across the Yorkshire region. We have created bespoke training programmes to meet the needs of specific sectors, including tailoring, management, team leading, warehouse & distribution and Business Administration and we can also support you to take on as an apprentice.

In addition, to this, due to our successful work on the regeneration programmes and inventive use of European and other funding, especially for bidding women entrepreneurs and delivery W4W programme in Midlands. For more than eight years ETL has successfully worked with local, national and international organisations to provide innovative and practical ways of helping businesses to succeed.

Skills for job works with employers by providing them with skilled job read candidates. We work with local unemployed people, by providing tailored employability training and then work with employers to fill their vacancies.
