ETL Mission Statement

Everyone is an individual. Their problems and needs are individual. Therefore the solutions will be individual. We do not assume, we do not speculate, we do not put people in boxes.

The employment of an individual cannot be seen in isolation. Employment is part of life, life impacts on employment and employment impacts on life – priorities change.

There are people who do not get paid for their employment and still make a valuable contribution to society. There are people who do not get paid for their employment but their employment makes a valuable contribution to their life. Employment should not be judged by how much you get paid to do it, but how valuable it is to the individual, organisation or society.

All organisations are unique. Their problems and needs are unique. Therefore the solutions will be unique. We do not assume, we do not speculate, we do not put organisations in categories.

Employees are an essential ingredient in any organisation, but the needs of organisations change. The need for employees change in terms of skills, knowledge, experience, location, volume and effort; to be competitive organisations need to be flexible. They will often need to benefit from external expertise to ensure they have the right employee balance at all times.
