| 1 August 2005 – 31 December 2008 | Jobnet | The Jobnet South East Sheffield and Jobnet Norfolk Park -15 Jobnets across Sheffield of which ETL operates the Sheffield South area Beighton Centre and Norfolk Park Centre. The project provided support with job-finding, work experience and access to wage subsidised and intermediate labour market jobs |

This project provided large number of woman to initiate meaningful business to with support of our qualified level 4 business advisers. |

| 1 January 2007 – 31 may 2008 | Drive to Work | Coalfield Regeneration Trust Funded project supporting disadvantaged communities across the South Yorkshire Coalfields. Provided career advice and support with job-finding, access to work placements, wage subsidised and intermediate labour market jobs and most importantly re training coalfield residence different skills i.e. FLT and LGV as well as providing soft skills IT and basic skills. |
| July 08 – April 09 | Driving Skills Programme | A Driving Skills project by Sheffield City Council to help disadvantaged young people gain a car licence and improve road safety. Part of a South Yorkshire wide approach to reducing road casualties. |
| 1 November 2008 – 31 December 2011 | Driving Ambitions | A programme working with young people [16 – 18] who are “Not in Education, Employment or Training” [NEET]. Provision of employability support, work experience placements, job finding, basic skills and work skills [such as fork lift truck licenses. Help them achieved literacy and numeracy qualifications. |
| 1 December 2008 - March 2011 | Train to Gain | Delivery of Train to Gain first through the Yorkshire Training Partnership then as a direct contract with Learning Skills Council [LSC]. This delivers training and assessment to logistics companies. It includes Driving Goods Vehicles, Delivering Goods by Road, Plant Operations, and Warehousing, business administration and team leading. |
| 1 July 09 – 31 March 10 | Progress Together | A project in partnership with other community and voluntary sector organisations to engage the hard to reach and support them into sustained employment. Providing advice, guidance and employability support. Help overcoming barriers such as debt, substance misuse and care related issues. Aimed at disadvantaged adults [19+] with significant barriers to employment. |
| 1 October 2009 – March 2011 | Flexible New Deal | Sub-contract to Remploy for South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Delivery of employment support packages to those on Flexible New Deal initiate to reduce unemployment. End to end including employability skills training, job search and placements in employers is on offer. Also subcontract training in a range of occupational areas including logistics, security, food hygiene, Welding and mechanical engineering |
