Introduction to ETL

Employment and Training Links Ltd (ETL Ltd) was established in 2002. The founders have, between them, over 30 years experience of managing and delivering employment, training, guidance and business programmes. Both share a commitment to equality of opportunity.

ETL provide advice, assistance and training to individuals, business, Government Agencies specifically to help them to access training, education and work opportunities. We also deliver a range of training interventions from advance courses including basic skills to vocational course.

In November 2006 we took over an existing transport training operation, providing commercial driver training, we have consolidated and expanded this operation to include delivery of Skills Agency [U.K Government dept] funded Train to Gain and Apprenticeship Programmes.

In August 2007 we accepted the shares in another employment organisation, Norfolk Park Job Advice Ltd and have successfully integrated their operations into our business.

Since we started we have successfully delivered contracts with Jobcentre Plus, Skills Funding Agency, East Midlands Regional Development Agency, Yorkshire Forward and the Coalfield Regeneration Trust. Many of these have been delivered as lead contracts. We are helping on average over 2500 people a year to gain employment and training
